RETURNS POLICY:
Items in any of the Out of Print categories are in new or like-new condition. Yet, because they are being sold from a private collection, all sales on these items are FINAL. They are sold "as is" with NO returns or refunds.
For all other stock, you may return any UNOPENED item (in its original condition) within 15 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price minus shipping and handling charges. A Return Authorization number is necessary to process your return. To return an item, follow these steps:
(1) Before you do anything, you must first send an email to twistedstore@hotmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
(2) A Customer Service representative will reply by email with a Return Authorization number and instructions on how to package and ship authorized returns.
Returns made will be refunded in the same form as the original payment method.
