The first product I attempted to purchase was unavailable. I would suggest that the webmaster remove this and all other unavailable items from the site so no other customers get confused or upset. Very easy to deal with. Good product. Cheaper is always better, or include more schwag. Personalization and fact that cd was signed by P. Superstar made it all worth while.

Its stupid that you have to enter your shipping address for digital downloads...especially since it doesnt load it into the billing address But i know thats a yahoo thing...the twisted stuff was great! Matt

A perfect experience!! Excellent prices, great vinyl and extremely fast shipping. I received my order in 2 days with priority shipping, however I feel that the shipping and handling cost may have been a bit inflated to offset the excellent sale price of the records. Despite that, I would definately return as I see other vinyl that I would like to have. Thank you!

Twisted Records is one of the best labels in House music. The shopping experience at the online store was a breeze, except I did have difficulty with the downloads, however the actual purchase was fulfilled immediately and I will willingly do business with them again. Customer service was also great.

Twisted recoreds has unbeatable prices and great selection. The transaction was executed flawlessly and delivery was very timely. However, I would have liked more choices on which delivery vendor and method to use. The only option is USPS. I could have the package shipped to my first choice of address because USPS does not have that address in their database; however, FEDEX and UPS do have that address in their database.
I goofed on my order. Twisteds clerk kindly asked my intention and completed my order. Thanks.

Too many clicks just to hear a sample of a song. A few songs dont even have samples.

The associate I spoke with was busy talking to another customer while I am trying to place an order. I found that very unprofessional. He should have delt with me as I was calling long distance!! Other than that, the service was good once I had his full attention!! Some one needs to tell Ms. Onos record label, Rykodisc, how un professional they are!!! I E-mailed, faxed & called these people trying to find her Everyman-Everywoman single & got NO RESPONSE!! How un professional is that!!! Ill be buying from your store, now that Ive found it, thanks to a DJ friend of mine!!

great! online confirmations were prompt and, i felt safe ordering. the biggest drawback was that there was only one shipping option. (USPS priority) this was not really a bad thing my order shipped out on a saturday and arrived the next monday. there were no problems so i did not have to deal with customer services, but i can say again that the email verifications were prompt. overall great!

One record did not arrive, I think because it was (temporary) out of stock, but it was not mentioned anywhere. It would be nice if you inform a customer that a record is not available at the moment, then give him the choice to deliver the package without it, or wait till the record is back in stock. regards

I am very pleased and happy to report that my shopping experience online @ Twisted Records had been and continues to be a delicious experience. I use the download service and its everything a DJ could ask for. Convenient, easy, significantly more economical (speciallywhen you want just one track from a multitrack CD singe)and instant gratification. I also dont have to worry about paying list price for a record that has been handled and soiled by so many listeners who arent as anal about keeping their records in mint condition.
